Got a few things myself... including some stuff that they cancelled last sale because of limited supply. Hopefully I'll get em this time :)

Thanks for the tip. I picked up a couple of items for myself , for a friend's birthday, and two holiday presents. Hopefully, this time, my items will still be available.

This tip's a year or so late...

Not long after 4e was announced, a ton of official WotC books could be had on Amazon for $0.01 (+$3.99 s/h).

I filled out my Eberron library nicely thanks to that. :)

We can argue about whether 4E is any good or not, but one great side effect of 4E is that you can find 3E books for cheap.

It's been great!

I certainly was very anti-4E at first, but you're right, it's been awesome on getting great deals for 3.x stuff (as well as saving $$ by not buying the 4E stuff).

And in these economic times, all savings is good savings.

Additionally, because D&D as a whole is arguably now over, it's possible to run campaigns drawing from the entire run of Dungeon, as it will now no longer see additions. That's one heck of a lot of material to draw from.

There's never been a better time to run a campaign that ignores the latest (arguably in name only) D&D ruleset.

Ryan Dancey was right when he said D&D was 90% branding. Now the brand has damaged itself so much, it's perhaps worth ignoring it.
