D&D 4E Best single source for 4e magic items?

I teach ESL in Korea and play D&D in classes about 7 times a week. I've been less than inspired by 4e magic items so have usually created my own. For all magic items I give to the players, I create/print/laminate magic cards with Magic Card Set Editor. It's a great program and the cards look awesome....

But I'm tired of creating my own magic items. It just takes too long for so many students and I'm running out of creative ideas for magic items. I might still make the cards b/c the students love them, but I think I will start usually just using the 4e standard magic items.

What one book should I buy? I want to buy one book to give to students to have them flip through it and chose magic items. The adventurers' Vault is nice, but I'd prefer to use the new rarity magic item system. Is there a planned Essentials book to cover this? It seems like there are a few magic items spread out among the various Essentials products right now, right?

Any suggestions?

from my quick searches, it sounds as if Mordenkainen's Magnificent Emporium will definitely include rare items but I wonder if it will also will include standard common magic items - does anyone know?
