Best way to kill a dancing leprechaun?

Thanks for the feedback on the kobold guys, looks like my best bet is to use Wish to turn him into a monk....

Now this next one's a little harder. There's a dancing leprechaun that has been a recurring villain in our campaign. He seems to be a pretty high level druid, because he has somehow metamagicked Shillelagh to the point where he can apparently cast it once and enchant both ends of his quarterstaff. Must be some funky Twin Spell trick.

Anyway, where it really gets scary is combat. He always comes dancing out into the open, then just UNLOADS with his quarterstaff. He might be permanently hasted, because in addition to twirling his quarterstaff like a Spanish fighting master, he swings at least a DOZEN times a round. Luckily, he only seems to hit us once or twice, which is odd, but man, if he gets lucky with some of those wild swings I don't even want to know how much damage he can do.

He must be epic because even Mordenkainen's disjunction so far hasn't dispelled this apparently permanent haste effect. We don't know what to do! This guy kicks our asses everytime then just dances obnoxiously and taunts us as we roll up new characters. Help!

I need to know what level of an epic party we should be creating to defeat this dancing green clad menace and what tactics we should use. Suggestions?

Hand him an O'Doul's, died green...Leprechaun's can't resist green beer, but are deadly allergic to non-alcoholic beer.
