If someone has been hit by a Bestow Curse spell, does Detect Magic or Arcane Sight notice the effects?
Note: I am especially interested in the variant Bestow Curse effects from Dragon#348.
Examples:
* The target is no longer recognized by anyone who knows him except for the caster;
* The target must carry something designated by the caster of suffer -5 penalty on all saves;
* The target's alignment appears to be different for the purposes of detect alignment, detect evil, etc.
* The target becomes fatigued...and must drink a pint of blood each day or be fatigued.
