Atlas Games did a hardback adventure set in a town. It had good maps and detail. Splinered Peace was the name.

There's a pdf called Briarton that has a nice village and surrounding area.

The City Quarters series has so far released Thieves' Quarter and Temple Quarter, and both are excellent.

Geanavue: Stones of Peace is a city set in the Renaria Bay region of Kalamar. It's very well done, but the city is hostile to magic, if that matters to you.

My personal favorite is Freeport: City of Adventure by Green Ronin. It's now out of print, but perhaps you could find it used.

There are more, but those are the ones coming to mind at the moment.

I have City-State of the Invincible Overloard and Bard's Gate and could really use a few more. :) Also, smaller cities and towns would be great. What are the best resources for these things?

Big city products are common; I find Troll Lord's Cities & Settlements fills my needs for smaller settlements:

I also really dig Bluffside & Streets of Silver (SoS is a campaign specific supplement, but otherwise I was impressed with its depth and have ported it to my second world game.)

While it is very campaign specific, Sharn: City of Towers is a wonderful resource.
Seconded. It might take some work to fit into another campaign, but it makes a great fantastic metropolis.

The "capital" (sort of) city of the first RPG campaign world, of course! The City of Greyhawk

Its described in a variety of places. The "City of Greyhawk boxed set" is out of print, and I don't think its available at RPGNow, but "Greyhawk: The Adventure Begins" is available there as a pdf.

Also, there is a fair amount of information (and maps!!) on my website, including a low-res version of the poster map I did for the Living Greyhawk Journal #2 (now out of print) at http://melkot.com/locations/cogh/cogh.html Some of the other issues of the LGJ, specifically #'s 4 and 5, are still available from Paizo publishing, and they have articles updating parts of the City.

Also on my website is described the much smaller, original city of Melkot at
http://melkot.com/locations/melkot/melkot.html

Hope that helps.
