Big giant monsters?

Can people give me some ideas for big giant monsters, epic-style things? In fact, if anyone knows a big list of monsters Godzilla fought, that would be great.

I'm basically looking for something evil and monstrous to have lurking in Japan.

A colossal aarakocra, a colossal aboleth, a colossal air elemental...
Next week, colossal monsters that begin with the letter b.

Actually, the last one gives me an idea. Some really huge and yet perminently invisible. All you see is it's giant footprints.

I always liked that giant from the movie Time Bandits. He'd be a colossal-sized hill giant with a boat strapped to his head. An ogre and his wife live on the boat. The ogre's roar has the power of a horn of blasting.

"Tyrannosaurus Squeak" the Epic Vampiric Giant Space Hamster...truly a beast of legend.

Hmm Godzilla enemies... lets see http://godzilla.monstrous.com/index.htm click on the friends and foes link on the menu.

*grins* Thanks. But, . . . silly D&D, turning a nice word like 'epic' into a game term. CR 66 is just a wee bit too high, but that's cool. I just needed some ideas; the stats will depend on the party's level at that point.

By the way, Rob Zombie music is a good inspiration for modern horror games.

This site should give you plenty of ideas.

It puts Godzilla at a CR of 66, so should be epic enough!

:)

Oh Wow

I think this is some sort of sign from heaven. I was wondering what sleeping monster of doom should be the crux of my underdark campaign, and now I now. With all their radiation stuff, I can totally see a bunch of Drow Blood Druids trying to waken the king of the monsters. Awesometastic

There was a Dragon article about kajiu (loose translation: giant monster) and featured a number of Godzilla like monsters. The article provide D&D 3.0 stats and all.

I don't recall the issue number but someone else might.

Let's see, from memory

Gammorah
Mothra
Mecha godzilla
King Kong
that King Ghidorah mentioned above.

There was some crude cyclops guy I vaguely remember but I don't remember his name.

Check out the epic monster section of the srd for some high powered monster stats.

Also Legends of Avadnu and Monsters of Norrath have high CR stuff as well.

The second (or so) post on this thread has all of the kaiju conversions I was doing before I gave up because I hadn't the free time. They're probably closer to the CRs you're looking for.

Stomp Faerun Kaiju

Demiurge out.
