Biggest Hero Blunders?

My Dwarven Wizard Druid Rodgar was out adventuring in the Cormyr Forest (IIRC) and ran into a village of Aarokora. The party was subsequently asked to rescue their young from a hag hiding in the woods. The party, with the aid of my Dwarven darkvision and light spells, were able to gain the hag's layer in a complex system of tunnels. After slaying the hag we were on treasure clean up duty and I found some rather large eggs.

Now you have to understand, Rodgar was not the wisest druid ... he had to get a magic item to cast even the lowest level spells. So, here's Rodgar with some fresh eggs ... so he decides to make a some cooked eggs to appease his dwarven hunger (I mean, the guy hadn't eaten all day). While the rest of the party is looking at a chest and trying to disarm it's non-existent traps, Rodgar began to eat his eggs.

As Rodgar is finishing up his cooked eggs, the Paladin of Mystra comes over to tell him that the party was ready to leave. The paladin asks Rodgar what he's eating and then sees the shells. Needless to say, the paladin recognized the eggs and realized what Rodgar had done and drew his sword.
...
Rodgar didn't stop running for a while ... and when he did, he was caught by an aarokora patrol. Rodgar spent a long time in a bird cage and was eventually used as dragon bait to get rid of a green dragon before the aarokora considered his deed moot.
