I know it isn't real -- no one in their right mind would raise their charisma to 20 when they can raise their Dexterity to 20 instead.

Nope. At best he has an 8 in CHA. He has a +10 to Bluff checks when dealing with software sales.

Likewise, Steve Jobs only has a 12 CHA, but he has a euphoria aura that operates as a reality distortion field when dealing with Mac fans (this translates to a +20 bonus to all Charisma-related checks during keynote speeches).
