The bladesinger's Song of Celerity lets him cast one bladesinger spell each round as a free action. How does SoC interact with Quicken Spell? Can the bladesinger use SoC and cast another Quickened spell in the same round?

This one is up to DM judgement, since there isn't an official limit on the number of free actions in a round (is there?).

I believe there is a limit to one quickened spell a round - for instance, you couldn't cast featherfall and another quickened spell.

This is spelt (hah!) out very clearly in the psihandbook, and it might be worth looking in the SRD for additional clarification.
