Two questions: Does Crack of Fate from the Lasher PrC stack with Rapid Shot; and Should characters be able to wield two whips as light weapons? In the rules, it checks out, but in reality it seems hard to pull off.

Yes, crack of Fate stacks, but so do the minuses.

Reember, two weapon fighting does not apply to ranged weapons, and a whip is one. So, if you weld two, that's -4/-4 right there.

So, if someeone is combining the two abilities they have -8 on all their attacks. Not that impressive.

On the other hands, you can`t use a ranged weapon to disarm someone, but a whip spends a +2 bonus on this check you never make
