Hong, you tease. You've given a PrC the ability to negate the 30' rule once a day, and given stiff penalties for shooting at that third range increment. Hardly the same as simply allowing a rogue to SA beyond 30' all the time, as you seem to indicate.

Err... once every 4 rounds. (Study the target for 3 rounds, take a shot, then do it again.) And I've always felt that subtlety when posting on teh intarweb is a wasted skill.
