I've only had a chance to glance through the book, but I had a question. Can someone ready the same maneuver twice? For example a 1st level sword sage has 6 maneuvers and can ready 4. Could he ready two different ones, then ready a third twice?

There doesn't seem to be an explicit prohibition on readying the same maneuver twice, but WotC has said you can't. The general consensus is also that you can't.

In our games we've ruled that you can only ready a given maneuver once.

The latest Dragon (April's #354) also says nay to prepping the same maneuver more than once, in Sage Advice.

nope--only ready once. but that's what recovery methods are for.
