Are the bard & sorceror variants (and any new spells) OGC?

Of course I can't speak on behalf of Monte or anyone at Malhavoc, but according to the designation of open game content at the front of the book, the answer to your question is yes, all of those things are open game content.

Just be aware, however, all the spellsongs that go along w/ the bard variant are not OGC. Of course, all spell stats are always OGC... but the names and descriptions are not.
