Bone Golem

Anybody have 3e stats for a bone golem? Either from some 3e product or something they converted themselves? Can someone post the stats here?

I believe the Lost Tomb of Kruk Ma Kali has bone golems, but I don't have the stats handy.

There's is a 3rd Ed. Bone Golem conversion listed here. Don't know how accurate it is. The one linked from ENWorld is no longer listed unfortunately.

Denizens of Darkness the licensed Ravenloft 3e monster book has a bone golem, but the stats are not OGC.
