Book bindings...repair?

So, I'm sure I'm not alone in this one. I have a handful or small stack of RPG books where the book has come away from the spine, the glue not holding?
This happened on Tome of Horrors and a few other books.

What's a good way to go about repairing this? Dabbling some glue down there or what?

thanks

For the Tome of Horrors, contact Necromancer Games. There was a batch of that book that had a binding problem, and they should be able to take care of it for you. Another one that I know of that had a bad binding was Midnight. For any others that you have, I'd contact the publisher and see what they say BEFORE you go trying to glue it back together. Chances are they'll help you out.

Whatever you do, don't just dab glue down in the binding, that will just make a mess and you'll probably end up doing more damage than good. Bookbinding and repair isn't something you can really do at home without training and the right supplies.

After going to the publishers seek a librarian, they could make it up for you for a price, of course, or else you can always bind it in spiral...

I have two copies of Midnight because Amazon replaced mine when it fell apart... I live way too far to actually send them the book, they charged not a cent for it. ;)

Anyway, it seems some copies of Dawnforge have fallen apart too. I hate it when that happens, WotC is still the best in at least one thing: binding thir books. :D
