Book of Iron Might, silly question

I would like to buy the book of iron might, but I am only in possession of an amexo-card. Does anyone know, how to get hold of this pdf legally without possessing a visa-card?

Well, there's always the simple solution of having a friend or family member order it for you with their visa card, and you give them the corresponding money they spent -- unless no one you know happens to have one. I've no idea if there are visa cards in Germany.
If it comes down to it, though, the book will be released in print in a few months.
