Do you mean the one from Silverthorne Games or another one? If so, it was released in PDF format on August 18th 2002:

He probably means the DeLuxe version of said product from Silverthorne Games. It has been pushed forward more than once. The web site now claims August as the month of release.

Time will tell.

Ah! You mean that Book of Templates. The Deluxe Edition is in layout now with Mr. Phil Reed and is being fitted for a cover by Mr. Christopher Shy. I received sample pages the other day from Phil and I believe he is chugging away on completing the layout as we speak. Once I have the finished file in my fat little fingers, you shall be rewarded Release is neigh, folks. It's taken a lot longer than I expected, but it's going to be well worth the wait. At least I hope so!

3.0 or 3.5?

There will be a free upgrade/supplement to 3.5. We like 3.0 better, but we understand most folks will want dual stats. The book will need a lot of revision to convert it. It's coming, but not soon.

And they will eventually get 3.5. That will require an extensive overhaul of the book first. I'm a fan of "give the people what they want" as much as the next guy - assuming that is, indeed, what they want.
