can you tell me one thing? what is the LA/ECL for the ebon servitor? I got a player using it so i want to asign it to him properly.

The template was extensively re-written in the BoTD, so giving an ecl for the new template won't help much until the book is out. Just a hint: the damage feedback was toned down, so it's not so dangerous in the hands of a pc.

Concerning the release date, the last I heard, the hold up is with the layout. I don't have any more info than that, except to say that

Ian and Risa are now the proud parents of their second child

(born yesterday, 10/9/2003), so I suspect they'll be a bit distracted for a while. The next time I speak with him, I'll see if he can post more info.
