Books you get a suprising amount of use from

* Mercenaries (AEG) -- I'm probably going to have to buy a replacement copy once the spine wears out.
* Path of ... (Fantasy Flight Games) -- I use all four of these books quite consistently, which I never expected to do.
* Spycraft (AEG) -- Feat trees are such a wonderful thing.
Not to ask a potentially stupid question, but do you play in/run 2 different games, or do you use the Spycraft book for D&D? I'm curious to learn how you use the feat trees in D&D if so.

I'll second the notion for the Path of... books from Fantasy Flight Games. Tons of great material to draw from. I firmly hope that late in the campaign, some of the characters will consider Legendary classes to try for.

btw, Wraith Form. Cool sig! Good to see other NIN fans out there in these darker days. =)

Non-D&D: I'm gotten a ton of use from Spycraft, MnM, Call of Cthulhu, Polyherdon's mini-games, and Spaceship Zero. I've gotten some use out of Star Wars and d20 Modern.

D&D-wise, I've worn my psionics handbook to bits. I get a lot of use out of Mindscapes and Relics & Rituals 1 as well. Surprisingly, I'm using Monte's Requiem for a God book more than I am the Books of Eldrich Might. I use the Manual of the Planes a fair amount, as well. Even the Book of Vile Darkness has provided me with quite a bit of material.

I'm with Piratecat -- I was stunned by how useful a book the 3E MOTP was -- it actually gives you very useful tools even if your PCs never leave their plane.

The epic level campaign I run uses a blend of regular D&D, d20 Modern and Spycraft rules. :)

My books I get a surprising amount of use out of holding up other books on my bookshelf - and vice-versa! If only I had time...

I found surprising inspiration to game again (despite having no time) after reading Cryptonomicon.

I don't want to derail this topic, but I'm interested in hearing how you've managed to blend these systems together. Any way I could find out how you did it (aside from joining your gaming group :p )?
