Boosting Ranged Touch Attacks

I'm currently playing a Warlock, but this question applies to any spellcaster who uses ranged touch attacks. What magic items will boost a ranged touch attack (bonuses to hit, bonuses to damage, giving the Precise Shot feat, etc)? Feel free to cite any D&D source, from Wizards of the Coast books to generic OGL material.

Some basic low level stuff:

Spells: cat's grace, true strike, reduce person!
Magical items: anything that copies those spell effects

Well, still digging through books, and I found one more item:

Arms and Equipment Guide - Sorcerer's Hand
A light crossbow that increase caster level for ray spells by 1, and adds +2 to the attack roll for ray spells.

Also, for warlocks, there's the Chausible of Fell Power and Warlock's Scepter from Complete Arcane.

Hi!

Feats, anyone?

What about Able Sniper from Races of the Wild, or Boost Spell-like Ability from the Book of Vile Darkness [BoVD], or Empower Spell-like Ability from the Monster Manual [MM], or Consecrate Spell-like Ability from the Book of Exalted Deeds [BoED], or Corrupt Spell-like Ability from the BoVD, or Extend Spell-like Ability (should habe been in the Savage Species), or Heighten Spell-like Ability from the Complete Arcane [CA], or Maximize Spell-like Ability from the CA, or Mortalbane from the BoVD, or Improved Precise Shot from the Player's Handbook [PHB] [okay, that's out of reach due to BAB +11], or Sharp Shooting from the Complete Warrior [CW], or Purify Spell-like Ability from the BoED, or Quicken Spell-like Ability from the MM, or Ranged Spell Specialization from the CA, or Violate Spell-like Ability from the BoVD, or Weapon Focus [ranged spell] from the PHB, Zen Archery from the CW?

Kind regards

But you can plan for it. Take Point Blank Shot and Precise Shot at lower levels, and then Improved Precise Shot at 15th level. Getting rid of anything less than total cover or concealment means you can shoot into meelee with impunity. That is a major advantage.

Thanks for the list. To be honest, I'm more interested in magic items since feat selection is rather tight for most spellcasters. Warlocks are even more restricted. I also prefer a constant boost than the 3/day abilities like Heighten Spell-like Ability. I'd rather save up money to buy a magic item than spend a precious feat for the same ability.

The standard of heroism from Complete Warrior gives a +2 morale bonus to all attack rolls (as well as saves and skill checks as well as a +4 morale bonus on saves vs. fear).

That would be handy in case you fumble and shoot yourself with a Frightful Blast .

Found one more, from the Quintessential Wizard:

Goggles of True Strike - Allow the character to cast True Strike 3 times per day. Good for getting that enervation or disintegrate spell to hit.

I know you didn't want more feats, but I've found enlarge spell to be very VERY useful. One level of Arcane Devotee (DMG) and all spells are freely enlarged. Since most RTA spells are close range, this helps a ton.

Also, any cone spell can cover huge areas at higher levels with this since the range of a cone is also the width at its end (unless this changed in 3.5). Cone of Cold? Hits everything. Persisted See Invis? Range of 120? Sure!
