P Pax Banned Banned Oct 30, 2002 #4 Double move. In Magoc of Faerun, the Books of Shaundakul give +10 move (or a multiplier x times per day). But Striding and Springing has always been a double move. Aside from 50th level Epic Supermonks wearing them, I don't see that as broken.

Well, the character just gave up 6000 gold coins which wieghs 120lbs. Therefor the character can move faster as his encumbrance is greatly lessened.

A aliensex First Post Oct 30, 2002 #9 They double the speed and give a +10 competency bonus to Jump checks, and there is no longer a height limit to jump distances. Not bad for the original 2500 g.p. market price!
