I think you would need to configure the board to pull the avatars from a URL off site. As it is, the board downloads the avatar pic and then saves it locally. If the board just referenced the URL, it might reduce the bandwidth being used at Cyberstreet and it would possiblye allow a cgi location that could be a random graphic picker. Of course, it might also allow all sorts of embedded html wackiness, which is why it is probably not allowed.
