Boring to Booyah!

So the players are on an island with only a few towns (a step up from tribal villages). The local cleric's daughter has been kidnapped by goblins. They have to save her. So...yeah, that's it. :erm:

TWISTS AND TURNS AND HIDDEN PLACES (or just some stupid brainstorming):

-She's not really the cleric's daughter

-He's not really a cleric

-The daughter left on her own.

-Goblins have nothing to do with it

-The daughter likes living with goblins (for some reason... I mean why did they take her the first place?:cool:)

-Cleric works for the goblins.

-Goblins work for the cleric

-Daughter works with the goblins

-What daughter? The clerics daughter died 10 years ago.

-Are these REALLY goblins.

-The cleric is hated by the townsfolk

-Townsfolk hate the cleric

-Cleric hates the townsfolk

-Why does the daughter's name remind something to one of the PCs?

-Why does the daughter flee upon seeing one or some PCs.

-Why did the guard did not save the girl?

-Why is the Goblin cave empty upon arrival?

-What's the island go to do with it? (Although i hate LOST... i had to say it)

-Does the neighboring towns have anything to do with it?

-One of the neighboring towns is empty

-Some other offsprings are missing as well

-Clerics of the same deity have similar problem on the island.. why?

-The daughter is a son (!!!)

-Why has this happened before exactly one years ago with someone else's daughter?

-The cleric is new into town

-The daughter has been gone for years.

-The cleric says "my daughter has found her rightful place"

-Where does the cleric go at night?

-The cleric bears some weird scars on his face...what are they? what do the mean?
