Boston EN World game day on Saturday, January 29th

Doug, you goober - come run a game! I need someone to fill the afternoon slot, and I can hardly think of anyone I'd rather have.

Ok, ok. Unless my wife is in labor. Maybe.

Northern Crown: New World Adventures, anyone?

Mohawks, flintlocks, tomahawks, Ben Franklin, bad guys ranklin'; automatons crankin', witches cursing, doxies' lips a-pursing; powdered wigs, whirligigs, and square rigs.

Geez, I know I'm a goober, but you don't have to say it.

Ah, but you're our goober. I'm delighted that you can do this, and I'm only disappointed that I've already got another session I really want to be in. I swear, one of these days I'm going to bribe you with a pizza to run a session for us, just so I have a chance to finally play.

Many congratulations on the impending baby!

May I put you down as running it in the afternoon, 5 players max? If your wife is in active labor you can call me and we'll find a substitute. :D

Hey there, Pirate Kitty!

Umm... I'll come right out and admit that I didn't read the whole thread, but it looks like you might have some slots still open?

If possible, could I get in? I know I haven't been on this site for like 3 months and even then I wasn't that active, so if not that's cool too.

After reading what he's planning for Jan 29th, I'd be happy to chip in for said bribe, as long as I got to sit at the table as well :)

Based on reports from past game days, he's a great DM. The bribe would be worth it.

This game day is looking like a great one!

I think AO already signed me up for breakfast, but just to make sure yes, I'll be there.

Someone earlier in the thread mentioned games for people not in one slot or the other. I love card and board games and would gladly sit in on those if any are around. (And I tend to travel with them as well.)

Looks like it's time to make fudge again. And now I can even make it set correctly! Must... resist.... urge to feed people.....

Ooh, I like the idea of card and board games on the side. Of course, only if there is some room to squeeze in a pick-up type game. So far I am only signed up for the afternoon, but I would love to arrive earlier and play something like Munchkin or Chez Dork (both of which I have).

With all of the activity already planned I wonder if there would be room for this?

Maybe Piratecat can rent a neighbor's house for the day?

Or Maybe sunlamps on the deck?

Or maybe someone has a really big van we could fit another game into.

What about the basement?

I'm sure we can fit more people in somewhere. :)

Well, there's the unheated garage. . .

The 5th RPG game and the place for card/board games are mutually exclusive, as they both involved my kitchen table. . . unless you want to use the larger bathroom and play Toilets of Catan.
