Bow of True Arrows (SnF) for 6th level character; good idea?

I second the opinion that the Bow is fine as it is so long as you remember it can only be activated with a standard action and then fired (usually the next round) and the bonus only counts for one attack roll (not even one attack, ie: As true strike only counts for the first of three shuriken) so if you get bonus rolls for one attack by any means its still not great.

I find True Strike a very balanced, as a player I rarely use it unless attacking from ambush or for 'trick shots' (getting the arrow through the window), as a DM I rarely see players use it except in those situations as well.

Even at first level it is rarely worth giving up a normal attack for a sure hit on your next attack. At +6/+1 BAB it is hardly worth giving up two attacks to make it +26/+1. Same goes for anyone with rapid shot or off-hand attacks at a lower BAB.
