Isotope me or am I being played? I'm being told nothing can fool a togrita's 10 square echolocation and not even force stealth can fool a miralika force sight
Remind me where those are. I thought the Togruta only had passive echolocation and had to make a search check to use it. And Miraluka had problems detecting Vong and other force dampeners, so that shouldn't be entirely accurate either.

Yes the togruta have to make a perception check, but from what I'm told, they can find anything in that 10 square radius, as far as the miraluka, as far as I know back in the old republ8c there's nothing that is force dead except possibly droids, but than again it does say that they can read and write with their force sight.

So, is there anything that can hide from a togruta's passive echolocation? From what I was told not even force cloak can hide from it, same with miraluka, not even force cloak can hide from their sight

Togruta echolocation allows them to ignore cover and concealment, which essentially removes any associated penalties to the Togruta's perception check. It doesn't say that that it foils stealth checks entirely.
As far as force cloak goes, doesn't force cloak just affect electronic surveillance? I can find it under the Jensaari force talents, but I haven't found it elsewhere. Do you mean the Cloak power? That says it applies to visibility, a form of concealment - which Togrutan echolocation ignores. So, in a sense it does see through it, but doesn't make detection automatic.

As far as the Miraluka force sight goes, it's very similar unless the character being perceived has some way to hide from the Force itself. The Miraluka character can make the perception check despite the stealthy character's attempt to be hard to see or hear, but nothing here guarantees the perception check will succeed, just that penalties that will hamper a normal sighted character will be negated.

Both races are pretty good at detecting things, but neither is completely foolproof if the stealthy character is really good and achieves a better result than the Togruta character or Miraluka character's perception check.

I think I get it now, they both still have to make perception checks vs the target(s) stealth checks... the target just doesn't get concealment or cover bonuses..

Exactly. You don't need cover or concealment to make a Stealth check. You can try to sneak up on a person within line of sight.
