Why would anything happen? The laws are weird when it concerns making fun of copyright material as is clearly the case here.

Yep. Parody is protected under the Fair Use Policy of the IP law. If it's not protected, we wouldn't have Saturday Night Live.

An argument could be made that the object of the parody isn't WotC, but I don't know if that matters.
