Tried it, can't watch it from a Canadian IP....them Sci-Fi people sure dislike us Canadians..

No, she appears to stab with a two-pronged carving fork. I don't think there was any cylon blood on the knife itself. None the less, a disturbing scene.

It's not just you, it's the whole rest of the world. For whatever reasons, the webisodes and these short scenes are not available outside of the US.
An american proxy server or Youtube are your only friends.

I really don't know why they don't like to promote their show to foreigners. Maybe they fear that this will only fuel international downloading and weaken their chance to sell the show to foreign broadcasters since everybody their has already watched it via Bittorent or eMule.
Well, they might be right about that - but this method won't work, I am afraid. I guess the best (but not neccessarily actually good) method would be to sell the show or its episodes online or to broadcast it worldwide.
