But now that there is a season 8 in comic book form, with thousands of slayers all over the world (and a lot more combat magic than we used to see on the show, btw), wouldn't be too far out to expect for an 'upgrade'...

I found some of the damage mechanics to be a bit clunky but I like the streamlined skills and really enjoy the idea of using drama points to balance out the slayers and white hats. Although I found that it is useful to limit the number of drama points in a 1 shot compared to a longer campaign. In a 1 shot where you intent to use all your drama points, normal characters can out shine the slayer!
