Extra speed is also great for adding to character survivability. I had a 3.0 Psion who was the last man standing out what were otherwise 5 TPKs because he could outrun the bad guys.

Or at least the other characters. ;)

Sorry, it took so long to get back to you, TheEvil.

WF grants +4 to str, +2 dodge to reflex and AC and an optional additional attack at full attack bonus with a -2 to all attacks. It increases the strength and dodge bonus same as the normal rage, and grants evasion instead of indomitable will.

It says nothing about having to use a full attack, but you really should only use it then. Maybe that's been errated, but it's common sense. TWF and haste can't do that.
