I use www.dvdpricesearch.com for 90% of my Anime buying, and check Right Stuf's weekly deals for some good prices (which accounts for the other 10%)

I primarily get my material from Best Buy, at least when they have good prices. Sometimes they get very odd about stocking....more than once, we've ordered through the website for a dollar less, and gone to the store to pick it up cheaper than marked. They have a tendency to break street dates for some titles (twice I've gotten volumes of Last Exile nearly a week or more ahead of time).
Right Stuf offers lots of bargains, and we tend to go there for older material.
On occasion we have ordered direct from Geneon, when they offer a really good deal.
