I ordered from Newave back in april after seeing them as a suggested retailer in a how-to article on miniature painting
After 2 months of trying to get the remainder of my order of minis and paints... I finally just decided to dispute the charge on my cc
Stay very very far away and hope to heck they get closed down or go out of business.

UPDATE/EDIT 06/27/03 : Thanks all for your input. I ordered at http://www.thewarstore.net/ instead, and already got my order today!
I ordered some Iron Kingdom WarMachine minis, some Confrontation mini's, and a few Reaper Mini's. The Confrontation mini's are especially awesome, and will work great for my (eventually) planned "Steamish" campaign ( cuz they have simple guns! )
Anyway, I just wanted to thank everyone who helped me avoid making a mistake by going with the wrong retailer. Another reason why I love this community.
For the record, based on this experience, I highly recommend The War Store. They were priced in the middle of the ranges I saw, but they gave me FREE shipping and great service, including emails and quick shipment. I'll use them again for sure.
