Call of Cthulhu d20 not reprinted?

Oh my! Is this "in the works" to be produced, then? Rather than just a personal conversion for your own group? I would so love to get a hold of a d20 edition of Masks! I was considering picking up the old version anyway and doing the conversion by hand, but if an official one is in the works, I'll hold off for it. :)
Sorry for the late reply. I was on vacation last week. Yes, it's an official version due at the end of the year. It's going through play-testing as we speak by two groups. The conversion is pretty beefy. It's got new spells, a couple of new weapons, and a few new monsters.

Hi Thorin,

One more question for clarification - will this be a d20 Masks of N. reprint, a free Chaosium download, or included in or with something else? Either way, sounds really good :)

I've really been looking forward to the d20 CoC Gamemaster's Kit that's due out soon and which is supposed to contain d20/BRP conversion guidelines. I plan on converting some of my older classic CoC books with that.

This will be a 3rd edition of the Masks of N. The layout is out to Chaosium. They may decide to do it as an appendix, intersperse the text with the the regular CoC, or some third method. It will not be a free Chaosium download.

The CoC Gamemaster's kit notes are good. I've been using some of it as part of my conversion. (I also would rather be consistent with what everyone else is doing)

If you convert older classic books, try seeing if Chaosium will buy it. It will never hurt to ask.
