Now, you can look at the horseshoes that give +30 to speed... but those are for horses. For a relevant price I'd look more towards boost of speed (oddly enough). Boots of Speed let you act as if hasted (which gives +30 to movement along with many other benifits) for ten rounds per day. You may split up rounds, and you activate/deactivate as a free action. They cost 12K.

Boots of speed that just grant the +30 to speed and none of the other effects, but last all day? I can see 9k as a reasonable price. 3K is definitely too cheap. I think I allowed these at 8K before, and they were definitely worth the money to the player.

Movement gains are not to be underestimated. They are not easy to come by, and I'm pretty taken with a single level of barbarian just to get the +10'. Permanently, so that it affects overland travel and combat? I'd go with the cube:

+10' -- 3 x 1000 = 3000
+20' -- 9 x 1000 = 9000
+30' -- 27 x 1000 = 27000

Many of my characters would pay this without batting an eye.

Another thing to consider (if priced too cheaply) is what happens when the next character wants +90' -- 27000 (the price following a linear route of +3000/10' ft) is a steal.
