Campaign setting webpage (UPDATED: 3/25)

Every so often when I bring it up, I get requests for more information on my campaign setting and the rules I use for it. Although I doubt more than half a dozen or so folks care, my campaign webpage (while still woefully incomplete) does at least have all the rules I use. For the most part, I use rules that are in print and are open content (the CoC Sanity system being a notable exception) with only minimal modification to suit my needs, so the rules aren't necessarily all that revolutionary or exciting. And most of the other setting material still isn't up yet.

So, if after that somewhat self-deprecating description of my website, if anyone at all is still interested ;) here's the official announcement that we're sorta open for business. Link in the sig.

NOTE: This campaign is currently not being played as we are sorta between campaigns right now. I might even run this baby online someday if we don't get our group settled down pretty soon.

Looks very meaty indeed. I'll be poking around for some time to come...
Errr, yeah, well, most of that is smoke and mirrors. When all the pages are up it'll be meaty -- right now it's full of a lot of COMING SOON!! messages.

I'll also move it sometime when I've got it more done -- geocities pop-ups really annoy me, but I created that account way back in the dark ages long before yahoo! bought geocities, and I liked it better back then.

I should also note that comments can be posted here, or sent to me e-mail addy, which is available from my profile here on the messageboards.

Yikes, in my haste and excitement at having enough content to "advertise" the site, I neglected to do some serious proof-reading!

Anyway, fixed some of the more glaring errors, including the unmarked open content on the Magic page. I particularly recommend checking out the Rules page -- all of those subpages are complete (especially magic) and the small bit of fiction I wrote. The setting page has a few blurbs, but is woefully incomplete: eventually it'll feature at least half a dozen subpages as well.

Based on a cursory skim, this campaign world looks interesting. I've always appreciated your posts on these boards.

I'll check in every so often and read when I have the time. Thanks for taking the time to do all this.

A quick proof-reading mark: on the Firearms Drill feat description, you typed "more than a full-round action" when I'm most definately sure you meant "less than a full-round action".

Other than that? I love it. It looks very, very rad. Keep us posted on updates. :D

The firearms rules are verrrrry nice.

Thanks! You do realize, though, that the Firearms rules are Freeport firearms rules first published by Green Ronin, though, right? It's right there in my Section 15 :)

Know what you mean! Although once we buy our house here in the next few months, I won't have to worry about scrimping anymore, so I can take home lots more stuff like d20 books that I don't need. :)

Anyway, like I said earlier, few of my house rules are actually original, I mostly took stuff that was in print somewhere else, and if absolutely necessary, made some modifications to it to make it fit my setting a little bit better.

The races are new, though. Although in concept, they are just an attempt to create "planetouched" races that aren't ECL +1 and don't have spell-like abilities that don't match the way magic is done on my world.
