Campaigns in a nutshell. Adventures in a sentence.

The Iconoclast - For superheroic game. A supervillain cult-leader called The Iconoclast is trying to wipe out humanity based on the reasoning that humanity is made in the image of God, and is gerefore an idol that must be destroyed

The Deprogramming - Several important personages' personalities have suddenly and conpletely changed. Mind control magic is suspected. The twist is that unbeknownst to anyone they were actually under mind control before, and the personality changes occurred when they were released from the mind control by chance exposure to some dispelling effect

The Senile Man In The Cave - A certain post-apocalyptic tribe's oracle is a computer running an old LLM. As the LLM predates -and thus knows nothing of - the apocalypse, and was already prone to confabulation anyway, its pronouncements must be interpreted in the manner of the Sybilline Oracles or the writings of Nostradomus

Pig - Dark comedy mystery. August 2019 - a person in southern california is found ritualistically murdered and the word "Pig" written over and over again on the walls in their blood. The police suspect a copycat commemorating the 50th anniversary of the Manson Family murders. In fact, as the PCs will discover, the murder is the work of an unrelated cult that grew out of one of those overly intense spin classes. This particular group recently crossed the line from cultlike into being an actual cult and murdered the victim because they failed to lose weight with the program

this sounds like the basis for a fallout tribe.

No, John. You Are The Zombies - This one might work better as a videogame or a story but here goes. It starts with a zombie outbreak. In its wake other hostile and increasingly surreal events start occurring in the party's vicinity, forcing them to defend themselves. It eventually becomes apparent that many of these situations were imagined but the violence following them was real, and that the PCs are all infected with the zombie virus and the weird stuff that seemed to have been happening is part of the insanity caused by the virus and it's been making them attack random people. Based on a dream I had a couple of nights ago.
