The Dark Power of Friendship - Set in a cutesy My Little Pony or Carebears type world but the twist is that the villains are a close knit Manson Family-esque cult who have full access to the Power of Friendship, Power of Love, and the Indomitable Force of the Human Spirit. Alternately you could dial that back to just the Power of Love and have the villains be a criminal power couple like Bonnie and Clyde, or Fred and Rose West whose relationship is built around a shared interest in violent crime.

Tournaments Within Tournaments - Two ideas that could be used together or alone. First, there's an anything goes fighting tournament sponsored by a wealthy government or rich eccentric who will pay for resurrections. Second, with all the extra people drawn i to town by this spectacle, the local thieves' guild is holding an underground competition for who can steal the most stuff from the tourists.

Roy-G-BIV- I don't know what the plot is or what he does but Roy-G-BIV shoukd definitely be a character in Paranoia. Possibly dealing somehow is forged clearance documents or in rooting out such documents

Made one, but never got to play him.

Full Reboot - Paranoia. Friend Computer has finally decided to just kill everyone in Alpha Compmex and start from scratch. Its the only way to root out those subversive elements once and for all. The PCs are somehow accidentally informed of this, even though it's a secret that not even the ultraviolets are supposed to know. Now they have to deal with it. Either stop it (Humanists, Romantics, Phreaks), take down the computer first (PURGE, Death Leopard), help it along (Servants of Cthulhu), find a way to survive and re-insinuate themselves into the rebuilt world (Psion, Illuminati), or Kool-Aid time (FCCCP)

EDIT: Or escape outside (Sierria Club)

Ok, I've come up with a more detailed inciting incident for this, re. how they find out about it. The PCs are tasked with delivering an envelope of information regarding the plans from one computer node to another. Being classified above Ultraviolet the plan is given the special classification Xray or Roentgen. But special classifocation Xray materials are see-through, so they can see right through the envelope and read the papers inside

So the first things they’re supposed to do is immediately turn themselves in for learning info above their clearance!
