D&D General Can anyone please help me find this vintage insert of RPG?

Sorry for posting this, that's my last request ever, but does anyone recognize this vintage classic art? It seems to be a lunar rover with two men inside. The inserts side of it from An Endless Quest #21 Duel Of the Masters, but I've already checked 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13, 15, 16, 17, 18, 25, 26, 28, 31, 38, 40, 52 and didn't found anything that matches, already checked the firsts 10 issues of polyhedron, does anyone have more info about it? I took the screencap from a tv series called stranger things

My first instinct is to guess that maybe it's art from another Endless Quest book; Villains of Volturnus is for Star Frontiers, and is one of the well-known ones, being #7 in the series. But I had a quick look through that one and the art style doesn't match.

Flipping through a couple other EQ books it looks like their art pages also consistently have a decorative border of some kind, as opposed to filling the page like that lunar lander/escape pod art does.

Hmm....
