Can dinosaur fossils be animated with animate dead?

I'd say that you could, but I could certainly see the merit of an argument that a completely non-organic fossil isn't the "bones [...] of [a] dead creature".

Plus several cool undead, like the Chilling Bones (undead that is the center of a snowstorm), Forsaken Slain (barbarians that weren't picked for Valhalla), Pyre Archer (archer who used too many incendiary arrows when alive), Netherlord (the martial version of the lich), Lingering Arcane (spellcasters who weren't quite lich material), Spirit of Despair (amorphous depression incarnate) and the Plague Zombie (spreads zombieness with a bite).
