D&D (2024) Can enemies or allies move through Conjure Animals?

the spell doesn't mention any issue with moving through a space, but it doesn't need to, because the spell isn't what would be blocking movement, the animal is. and animals are just creatures, so they use the same rules they do the rest of the time, including that if they're hostile they block movement.

It does not say the animals are creatures. The text of the spell says then "appear as a Large pack of spectral, intangible animals". Appear seems to indicate they are not real creatures. They also lack stats like creatures and can't be hit or damaged. My intepretartion is they are much the same as the things flying around you with Spirit Guardians, but this spell lacks the text regarding enemy movement.

Further you can move through creatures 2 sizes different than you and even if they are creatures I would think they were tiny.
