Can Epic Wizards use the heal seed?

I know it says that an arcane/divine caster using it makes it always divine but not if a solely arcane caster tries to use it

From what I gather, no... because the seed requires a "divine focus", which might not be a holy symbol but something "religious". (Can you spend "points" to remove that? I dunno. I haven't looked at the ELH in a long time.)

Certainly lore from some settings supports allowing wizards access to the seed. Many archmages have a tower that will heal them if they teleport there, perhaps due to Contingency plus Teleport. (A wizard could easily stock up on healing potions, but those don't help if the wizard arrived unconscious...)
