I haven't looked at those spells, as my game hasn't hit a high enough level yet. However, I would throw out the usual spells that undo such protections. First, would a nice high-level Dispel Magic undo the protections? If not, how about someone with an Antimagic Field on themselves coming up to your wizard and giving him a nice bear hug. The only way to outdo an Antimagic Field is (AFAIK) to have Extraordinary Abilities. Your spells are merely spells or SLAs, and thus should be rendered inert.
It might also be a decent application of a Wish -- not that you would use the Wish to kill a person, as that would duplicate a spell, and thus your protections might remain in force to block it. However, a wish like, "I Wish that arrows would bypass his protections," followed by screaming to a party of allies, "Shoot him," might work. I dunno. I'm thinking on my feet here.
