can i stack my bard levels for my familiar

is there any feat or any rule to stack all arcane levels for the purpose of familiars

As a class power, summon familiar is factored into the total power of your casting class. Therefore, adding increased familiar power to other classes without familiars (stacking) technically makes them OP. I doubt anyone will notice, though.

Not true! Familiars are a powerful class fearure, and it is only the lack of familiar on some classes, such as the Incantatrix, Initiate of the Sevenfold Veil, and Red Wizard, which prevents them from becoming broken.

It depends on how you obtained your Familiar.

if you got it as a class feature, such as by taking levels in Wizard or Sorcerer, the answer is no.

If you got it by taking the Obtain Familiar feat, the levels stack. Says so right in the Feat description.

OBTAIN FAMILIAR
You gain a familiar.
Prerequisites: Knowledge (arcana) 4 ranks, arcane caster level 3rd.
Benefit: You can obtain a familiar in the same manner as a sorcerer or wizard (see the sorcerer class description and the accompanying sidebar, page 52 of the Player’s Handbook).
As with a sorcerer or wizard, obtaining a familiar takes 24 hours and uses up magic materials worth 100 gp.
For the purpose of determining familiar abilities that depend on your arcane caster class level, your levels in all classes that allow you to cast arcane spells stack.

If you're looking at a Familiar through Wizard levels, consider the Alternative Class Features offered in Player's Handbook II, in place of a familiar. Several of them are easily worth a Feat. So do that and spend a Feat of Obtain Familiar.

Technically, you can still take the Obtain Familiar feat, since there's nothing there about not already having the ability to gain a familiar. You might have to dismiss your existing familiar and obtain a new one, depending on how awkward your DM chooses to be, but otherwise you should be good.

They don't. The way to stack them is to take the Obtain Familiar feat. It largely duplicates the Sorcerer class feature, but includes the level stacking.

Be sure to take one of the more interesting Sorcerer ACFs! I suggest Metamagic Specialist or Divine Companion!
