D&D (2024) Level 2 Cantrip Master.

I know.

Better than Alert or Musician? Don't think so.

Bettet than Savage Attacker. Sure.

I think a couple of check bonuses, a couple of spells prepped with free castings, and an expanded spell list is more than most origin feats. It's not broken or anything but just seems like a bit much.

Dunno about that

Healer: +0.4375 to 4.4375 per hit die spent.
At level 5, with 4 party members, = +1.4375 * 20 dice = 28.75 extra HP.
+ a little more on whatever spells you cast.

Mark of healing: 14 HP.
+1d4 to medicine checks
Lesser restoration 1/LR
More spell choices for a caster (not prepared)

At level 1, the mark is clearly better. But I would rather have Healer at higher levels.

That depends on the caster. The language in the UA is

Right, so hopefully I'm not misunderstanding what you're saying here.

Here's the language in more detail...

Spells of the Mark. If you have the Spellcasting or Pact Magic feature, the spells on the... table are added to that feature’s spell list.

So if it's a warlock those spells are added to the warlock spell list for that character. If it's a bard those spells are added to the bard spell list for that character. If it's a wizard those spells are added to the wizard spell list for that character. Etc.

All spell casters prepare spells from 1st level spells and up. The mark spell tables don't add prepared spells for any class. They add to the options those classes can prepare. This adds versatility to spellcasters.

A mark of healing wizard or sorcerer or land druid can is prayer of healing to quickly fuel that one short rest they're looking for. Bards don't need to wait until 10th level to start curating their spell lists. Any spell caster can have conjure minor elementals.

Combined with the potent dragonmark feat that also adds to caster stat that's roughly 10 more spells prepared with that feat, which adds a lot of versatility to spell casters. On something like a high level monk they can use both feats to cast CME once per day and start flurrying with hand of harms tossed in. They lose an action to casting CME but that seems worth it.

These feats seem to favor spell casters a lot to me, but it does take 2 feats to gain the full list of mark spells.

Ah, yes. I got trapped in the change to all being prepared casters now.
