Can Improved Feint be used with an attack spell?

I believe there is a lot of discussion on whether or not an invisible ally provides a flanking bonus since the foe doesn't perceive him to be a threat (doesn't perceive him at all).

This would be the similar path to follow for consistency, IMO. If the spectral hand does then so would the invisible ally.

Good point. I'll need to review those threads. I seem to recall they were pretty long. :hmm:

My initial crunch is over (since the encounter is), but I'm going to research this as it could be useful for me either as a player or as the GM in the future.
