Can someone do me a favor? (Ranger/Warlock with Wizard Multi)

I REALLY don't know the 4e rules, and I'm in a game tonight. I drafted up a half-elf ranger with wizard multiclass. However, I think I screwed up a number of his modifiers and scores.

If anyone feels like it, and has the time, I could use a stat-block for either of the following:

A warlock with the wizard multiclass.

or

A ranger with the wizard multiclass.

Thanks in advance to anyone that lends a hand. I just need the basics. This is a 1st level character, maybe with a recommendation for what to take at 2nd level.

I probably would screw them up too. The half-elf gets bonuses to Con and Cha, while the Ranger needs Dex, Wis, and Str, and wizard multiclass needs Int. If you want to play a Half-elf, May I suggest maybe a Warlock/Wizard instead of a Ranger/Wizard? Or if you want to stick with the Ranger/Wizard, maybe try an Elf?

I statted out a Ranger/Wizard themed around being a samurai last night, and it seems to work pretty well. I used Human, though, for the extra feat and the relevant stat.

For Half-elf, stats-wise, you are essentially losing the 2 points in CHA, but you could go with:

STR 16
CON 12
DEX 13
INT 16
WIS 11
CHA 10

You won't have as great an AC as you might with a +Int race, but you'll be able to do all the basic ranger stuff, have decent attacks and some extra hp. I'd recommend doing this as a TWF, since the dex required for ranged will be redundant with the int required for Wizard.

EDIT: You also go for spell focus and ignore the Wis-based Wizard powers, in which case you make some use of the CHA points:

STR 16
CON 12
DEX 13
INT 16
WIS 8
CHA 13

Well, lets see what comes up in my thoughts:
Code:
Level 1
Race: Half-elf
Class: Warlock - Star Pact
Abilities:
Str: 12
Con: 16+2
Dex: 12
Int: 16
Wis: 10
Cha: 8+2
--OR--
Str: 8
Con: 16+2
Dex: 10
Int: 16
Wis: 12
Cha: 12+2

Skills: Insight, History, Religion, Bluff, Arcana(Arcane Initiate)
Feat: Arcane Initiate, lvl2: Improved Fate of the Void, lvl4:Novice Power
Languages: Common, Elven, Primordial

At-Will:
Eldritch Blast
Dire Radiance

Encounter:
Thunderwave(Dilettante)
Scorching Burst(Arcane Initiate)
Vampiric Embrace

Daily:
Flames of Phlegethos

Lvl2: Ethereal Stride
Lvl3: Frigid Darkness
Lvl4: Replace Vampiric Embrace with Wizard's Grasping Shadows(DDI ClassActs - Wizards on Illusions)
Lvl5: Hunger of Hadar

Increase Con and Int for the two stats when leveling. If you don't plan on taking Armor Proficiency: Hide or Chain(Eladrin Armor), then you can switch the Str and Dex scores with Wis and Cha.

When the Novice/Acolyte/Adept Power feats come around, get them if there is a Encounter/Utility/Daily power from Wizard you definitely want at that level. Otherwise, hold off and retrain into them when needed. I would advise taking the Acolyte Power at level 10, and trade in your choice of Warlock lvl10 Utility for the Wizard lvl10 Utility Blur.

For Paragon Path, ignore the Warlock's Doomsayer and go for the Wizard's Battle Mage.

For an Implement, aim for having a Wand+? around as your main foci as they work for both Warlock and Wizard, but a Rod of Harvest/Corruption is also advised to have for benefits. A Rod of Harvest allows you to store a Fate of the Void Boon for use later, +1 or +2 on an attack roll helps insure you will land a Daily.

Star Pact was chosen over Fey Pact due to the accuracy bonus it can give. With 16 Int and one activation of the Star's Pact Boon, you are literally just as accurate as a Wizard who went with 20 Int for one shot of which ever MCed Wizard spell you choose, after you get Improved Fate of the Void. So with a Rod of Harvest, you can use a Minor Action to release a stored Pact Boon as needed.

Thanks, I'll go with that.
