Can someone take a look at these, and tell me if i should change things?

Name: Gust Jar
Damage: See Description
Cost: ???
Description: The Gust Jar can suck in air, its blue in color and about 2 feet long. It will eventually turn yellow, and then red, it will do more damage when it changes colors. As its blue, it can do 1d4 damage, yellow 1d6, and red 1d8, with air that has built up in it. It changes colors once around while sucking in air. It can suck up small rocks (no more than half ur max strength, weight wise) and it can throw the rock 50 feet, doing 1d10 damage, other things maybe sucked up.

Name: Pegasus Boots
Cost: ???
Description: These boots can increase the speed of the user by x2. The user can also run off cliffs about 40 feet, b4 slowly falling to the earth, demise, or w.e. falling 10 feet but still moving 15 feet forward

Name: Cane of Pacci
Damage: See Description
Cost: ???
Description: This item can flip over large or smaller things. Its about 5 feet in length, when flipping over a monster or person, it does 1d4 damage.

Name: Mole Mitts
Damage: 1d6
Cost: ???
Description: These gloves doesn't make holding onto items anyless difficult than if the user didn't have the gloves on. It does however give the user a natural weapon. The user can also dig at a speed of 20 feet a round.

Name: Grip Ring
Cost: ???
Description: Gives the user a +15 bonus to Climb Checks

This one seems really fun, but I would remove the ability to shoot rocks. It seems a little too similar to a cannon or gun then. Why would the air shift direction?

When I originally read this I thought it changed colors at it took in more and more air. Once it reached red and could not suck anymore air, it would explode. You could probably see it blister around the edges to clue in the PCs using it. Sucking damage could be strongest at first and weaker as it filled to capacity. (d8-d6-d4, heck make more colors/dice) It could be closed by blocking it, preferably an iron sheet over the mouth.

These are probably pretty well filled by boots of air walking. 3.5 doesn't play well with speed multipliers. For a definitive cost try using a +10 and up figure.

Sounds like an epee without a point to damage others. Caning? :) That would hurt. Bludgeoning damage. If it's special ability is opening doors and tripping you could give it bonuses to each. The powers don't seem too intuitive though. You may want to tie it in with a rumored backstory on this Pacci guy.

These are interesting. You could cost for MW razored guantlets and the ability to dig 20 / rd. Which is DARN fast.

Description: Gives the user a +15 bonus to Climb Checks
Maybe the user cannot be disarmed either with a handheld weapon. Difficult to cost exactly, but I'd base it off the locked guantlet. There is likely a grappling bonus and increased grappling damage too. +15 to climb checks is high, but could work.



You'll likely want to come up with an origin story for all of these too. Why would a M-U build these, who is animating it, what were the costs involved, etc.?
 

these are all items from Zelda: The Minish Cap, cept the boots those are from various Zelda games, but im sure i could come up with a story with all of them, the Gust Jar, it jus sucks in constantly, it has handles u could prolly say that some air escapes these handles, if u think about it, it makes sence if the red one does more damage, cuz it has more air
