Can the real Mike Mearls please stand up??

Well, here's hopeful the name caught enough people to keep this post bumped so Mr. Mearls can find it. I'm doubtful he searches for his name that often... hehe..

Either way this is all about something he posted himself.. if anyone has checked out Ryan D. and his review on Warhammer 2nd edition you may have noticied a little tidbit as to how Mike was thinking of buying all of the "main" rpg's of the past year and after a few playtests he would review them... well, with his knowledge and skill at harnassing rule systems I would absoultely love to see this..

So this is basically just a post for people to respond w/ hopeful interest in seeing these reviews from him in the future.

Please Mike, do playtest some of the main systems for us, and bring back your reviews for us to look over.

Along with that though this seems like an entertaining project for anyone to do.. I'd like to see reviews done in this way from anyone.. w/ the stated purpose at the start that Hey! I'm going to review X-games over the next year w/ Y-playtests done...

I am indeed planning this. As part of my GenCon wanderings, I checked out a few new games and decided on Shadowrun 4th edition as the first game to look at. It'll take me some time to read and prep for a few sessions of gaming. The review will likely end up in my Livejournal.
