Hero Games has gone live with a Kickstarter for Fantasy Hero Complete, an all-in-one book similar to Champions Complete but for fantasy gaming.

Except that Change Envoronment has explicit language against doing just that, probably because CE cannot provide Per bonuses, which would be needed to offset the negative modifiers to Per rolls from darkness (natural or from powers).

Yeah, that's the thing I was thinking of. I remember being very amused at 5E specifically because it had a way to build a rules-legal flashlight.
