Can you dispel Power Word, Stun?

It seems that the stun has a duration which is the spells duration, rather than a condition imposed by an instantaneous effect. It still feels weird though. Am I right that this is dispellable?

As written, it can be dispelled.

It has a listed duration, so it's possible to dispel it. Power word kill seems to be the only one which isn't (having a duration of instantaneous.)
